Our Mills Laboratory has been operating since 2000 in the field of traditional pasta. Our facilities are located in a state-of-the-art factory in Niata Lakonia. We have modern production lines with machines that guarantee our quality.

“Myloi” products are produced on our premises using ISO procedures from pure raw materials mainly from the Laconian land (milk, eggs). They are marked with production codes to meet the traceability specifications.
